"software is cool.... when it works"
Beware of having to reinstall. Cyberlink customer service is the ABSOLUTE WORST. At first I wasn't able to simply reinstall the program, I had to contact customer service ( which takes a week or so ), then get a special cleaner program which uninstalls it for you... Then the original activation key doesn't work.. so you have to contact them again ( another week or so )... Needless to say I purchased the software last year around July 2010... It worked until December... I've been struggling with customer service ever since... AND IT STILL ISN'T RUNNING. Had I known, I would have NEVER purchased this software from this shady company. Buyer Beware!!!!

- Customer service will be the most frustrating experience ever for you... If you even get a response. Unless you want to pay 30$ for phone service. No thank you. What a BS company. Never Again.
